What is Softaculous?
Softaculous is a great tool for installing WordPress quickly and easily, simply login to your cPanel account and click on the Softaculous icon.
Installing WordPress
Once you’ve found the WordPress icon, click on it and then click on the “Install” button.
On the next page, you’ll need to choose the domain name where you want to install WordPress. Make sure you select the correct domain name from the drop-down menu.
After you’ve selected the domain name, click on the WordPress version you want to install, I recommend installing the most up to date version as it has the most up to date features and most secure.
On the next page, you’ll need to fill out some basic information about your site. Enter your, admin username, password, and email address. Be sure to use a strong password.
If you have the option to install plugins and a theme, ignore that as you will want to look at more themes and plugins to use later on.
After you’ve entered all the required information, click on the “Install” button. Softaculous will now install Word Press on your hosting.
