Weddings & Handfastings, full ceremony package at £655
Funeral Services, starting from £290, requiring a compassionate, sensitive tone
Honouring Ceremonies, smaller, deeply personal ceremonies at £150
She also had two heartfelt client testimonials and a collection of photographs to bring the site to life.
The Result

The Client
Jenna Gray is a celebrant based in Somerset, offering deeply personal ceremonies for life’s most significant moments, weddings and handfastings, funeral services, and honouring ceremonies for times of healing and transition. Known for her warmth, gentleness, and ability to hold space for people during both joyful and difficult times, Jenna came to RTWD ready to establish a professional online home for her practice.
She had no existing website and no domain name, she was starting from scratch.
What I Did
Domain registration — Securing meadowsweetceremonies.co.uk, a name that perfectly captures the warmth and natural quality of Jenna’s work.
Website build — Built on WordPress using Divi, with the black, white and gold palette Jenna had in mind. The first draft was ready within two weeks of the domain going live. Jenna’s first reaction: “I love what you have done so far, really beautiful!”
In-person support — A face-to-face meeting at a local cafe in Glastonbury so Jenna could walk through the site, ask questions, and discuss changes in a relaxed setting, no tech required.
Iterative content refinements — Over the following weeks, Jenna sent content updates in stages as she refined her thinking: pricing for each service, adjustments to the About Me section, additional copy for the funeral section, and formatting preferences. Each round of changes was turned around promptly.
Mobile optimisation — Once Jenna spotted that photos weren’t showing on mobile, every section was updated to display correctly across all devices.
GDPR & legal pages — Complianz was set up for cookie consent and GDPR compliance, with a straightforward free version that Jenna can manage herself.
Post-launch guidance — After launch, Jenna received a guide to setting up her Google Business Listing and advice on niche directory listings to help her start getting found locally.
