Paying monthly spreads the cost. But it also changes the relationship, which matters more. I’m not paid to build your site and walk away. I’m paid to keep it working, month after month. Your success and mine point the same way.

I used to sell the website and the search work separately. That was the wrong way round, and I’ve stopped.
A website nobody finds isn’t half a job, it’s no job. So the work that gets you found the research, the technical foundations, being readable by Google and by AI tools like ChatGPT — is now built into every plan as standard. No separate invoice, no upsell conversation six months later.
It also keeps me honest. If being found is included, I’ve no reason to sell you visibility you don’t need.

FAQ’s
How long until my website is live?
Typically three to four weeks once you’ve given me your content. I’ll help you work out what content you actually need, most people over think this part.
Am I tied into a contract?
There’s no fixed term and no minimum period. What there is: Your website is built upfront and its cost is spread across your monthly payments. So if you leave before those payments have covered the build, there’s a balance to settle. See “What if I want to leave?” below for the plain version.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. It’s registered in your name and it’s yours, whatever happens between us.
What if I already have a website?
I can move it, look after it, or rebuild it, whichever actually makes sense. Book a chat and I’ll tell you honestly which.
How quickly will I be found on Google?
Some of it moves within weeks, particularly the Google Business Profile work.
The rest builds over months, not days. Anyone promising faster is selling
something.
Can I sell products through a pay monthly site?
The plans don’t include e-commerce. If you need a shop, book a chat and I’ll
point you at the right route — even if it isn’t me.
What happens if I want to leave?
You’re free to go at any time, and I’ll hand everything over properly.
Your website is built and paid for upfront, by me and that cost is spread across your monthly payments instead of landing on you as a lump sum. It’s the whole reason the plan can start at £59 a month. So if you leave before your payments have covered the build, you settle the outstanding balance and the website is yours to take.
Leave after the build is covered and there’s nothing to pay. Your domain is registered in your name and is yours either way, whatever happens between us.
Are there any other considerations if I want to leave?
One thing worth knowing: any premium software licences included in your plan are mine, not yours, so they don’t travel with the site. I’ll tell you which ones those are before you go, so nothing breaks unexpectedly.

Who Would You Choose to Build Your Pay Monthly Website?
The comparison below is the result of a conversation I had on Perplexity the AI search engine. I was interested to find out where RTWD came in AI search and what it said about pay monthly website plans.
First I asked “Whats the best UK based Pay Monthly Website Service” Which resulted in Wix, Hostinger, Squarespace, and UK providers CurrantWeb, ClickExpose, Yopp Websites and Wildflowers and Pixels. Ok so Wix and Squarespace are US based and Hostinger a UK based hosting company not a pay monthly website plan company, not tht I can see anyway, This is why you should always check replies from AI chatbots. They have all the information but don’t always give you the correct response. In their defence they get better each month.
Seeing as RTWD didn’t get a mention, I then asked “What does RTWD offer?” a pretty broad question but it found this website and gave a glowing report:

Then I asked for a comparison of all websites mentioned, “Comparing RTWD to the services you highlighted in your last answer which service would you recommend” which got a bit messy as only RTWD, CurrantWeb, Wix and Hostinger got a mention. After bringing that to Perplexities attention the following are the results from the research.
P.S. AI is still in it’s infancy and even though they are amazing tools you have to treat them like toddlers and give them specific instructions. The more detail the better.
However that said I tent to start with a broad question and dig deep with each responcse I get from the AI. But I don’t expect the correct answer straight away.
